Please note you will need to fill in a registration form for each staff member who will be attending ICON's User Forum 2014 at Peppers Resort and Spa from Wednesday 27th August to Friday 29th August.
Once completed one of the ICON team will contact you to confirm details with you.
This year ICON will be booking and arranging onsite accommodation for the User Forum on the delegates behalf at our conference venue.
Accommodation rate is $210 per night (single share) or $249 per night (twin share) including hot breakfast. Cost per night includes all conference meals whilst you are at the User Forum.

As outlined in the invitation, guests attending the User Forum will need to make their own travel arrangements including arranging their own transfers to and from the airport.
The Gold Coast Airport is 15 minutes from Peppers Resort in Kingscliff.
We recommend using Gold Coast Taxi’s upon arrival at the airport (approx. $50 per taxi each way) or alternatively you can book a shuttle transfer via Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle directly to the hotel (transfers $21 per person each way) please book online http://gcshuttle.com.au/
