ICON's TRACK module allows the community to access information via the internet about a property, application, permit or to make a request or submission. Information is presented to the community directly from your corporate systems to your Council website. The information is available 24 hours a day, is easy to use and very secure. 

TRACK integrates and displays data stored in systems such as Civica's Authority, HP's TRIM, and TechnologyOne ECM and Property and Rating software, in fact TRACK connects to all of the software solutions being used across Local Government today.
