ASSESS from ICON removes the need for overstretched assessment officers to remember where to find the relevant information. Internally officers can see policies, notes or relevant information that has been drawn into the assessment process based on the development type, property or zone. 

Linked with all of the PlanningXchange modules, ASSESS references TRACK for submissions and objections that may have been lodged against the application, property data and all other corresponding information held in other Local Government systems.

The assessment process is broken into Council departments, allowing each assessing officer to log-in and complete the necessary assessment questions pertaining to that departments involvement. At the conclusion of the process ASSESS collates all of the data and produces the necessary reports, approvals and Council documentation required for a decision to be made.
