Online Property Certificates
ICON's CERTIFICATE module allows Councils to automate the application for a certificate using the same principles as the LODGE module. Applicants simply fill in their details, select the type of certificate they require, pay a fee and the certificate is sent to them as an email, a fax or as a document by Australia Post.

CERTIFICATE sources property data and certificate conditions from the Local Government systems such as Authority from Civica, Pathway from INFOR or Property and Rating from TechnologyOne. Once the applicant has verified this information, payment is made and the certificate is issued by Council. Internally the certificate is then automatically registered in Council's electronic document management system (EDMS) for future use and reference.
