How does it work?
CRT
When a customer observes a non-emergency issue, they use the app to report the problem by: 
  • Accessing the app
  • Designate their city or shire
  • Pinpoint the address of the issue using the iPhone's GPS technology
  • Write a description
  • Add a photo of the issue
  • Submit to their local Council

Once the issue is submitted to their local Council, the customer will receive a confirmation email and can login to view the status of their request along with comments posted by Council officers.
